The design approach

Furniture is grouped into small islands around a clear circulation path. The arrangement gives priority to outward views while maintaining accessible routes to shared amenities.

Material & atmosphere

Soft textiles, warm wood and low-glare lighting create a layered atmosphere, with task lighting reserved for service points.
