Contact enquiries
The contact form processes your name, email address, chosen service and message to respond to your enquiry. Messages are sent by email to the site’s configured recipient. The theme does not save a separate copy of your message in the WordPress database. Email providers and hosting systems may retain messages and logs.
Spam prevention
A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions. The theme does not store the raw IP address in that rate-limit record. The hosting provider may separately keep access logs.
Cookies and external services
The theme does not include analytics or tracking scripts. WordPress administration and installed plugins may use cookies. Locally bundled fonts and images do not require third-party font or image requests. Social links, if added, lead to external websites.
Retention and your rights
Before launch, the site owner must specify the business identity, privacy contact, relevant service providers, email retention period and the process for applicable access, correction or deletion requests. Update this policy whenever the actual site configuration changes.
