The study examines a business address that can accommodate varied tenant needs. Legibility, adaptable floor plates and a clear separation of service and visitor movement guide the brief.

The design approach

A consistent structural rhythm supports flexible internal layouts. At street level, a sheltered entrance establishes a human-scale threshold beneath the larger building volume.

Material & atmosphere

Shading depth and façade repetition are explored as architectural tools, with technical performance to be developed with specialist consultants.
