Contact enquiries
When you send an enquiry, the form processes the name, email address, selected service and message you provide so ATRIO SPACE can respond. The website theme sends the enquiry by email and does not intentionally create a separate copy of the message in the WordPress database.
Website security and spam prevention
A short-lived hashed network identifier may be used to limit repeated form submissions. The theme does not store the raw IP address in that rate-limit record. Hosting and email providers may separately maintain security, delivery or access logs according to their own settings.
Cookies and external services
The ATRIO SPACE theme does not add analytics or advertising trackers by default. WordPress, hosting services or installed plugins may use essential cookies or add services configured by the site administrator. Social links lead to external websites and are governed by those services.
Retention and requests
Enquiry emails and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain project records or meet applicable obligations. If you would like to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, please contact ATRIO SPACE through the Contact page. Actual retention can also depend on the email and hosting services used by the studio.
Updates
This information should be reviewed whenever the website adds analytics, marketing tools, new forms or other services that change how personal information is handled.
